THIS BLOG IS OFFICIALLY DEAD

:D

Friday, April 18, 2008

Okay, folks.

This blog is kinda unofficially partially semi dead-ish. LOL.

See how reluctant I am to cut off ties with this blog. I remember a time I loved blogging and friends were entertained here.

Well now, as proven by my measly about-less-than-ten posts I have put up in the year 2007 and NONE (not including this one) in year 2008, I am no longer actively blogging.

However, there seem to be quite a number of people in my class who are blogging, and they were exchanging blog adds today ^__^ Sparked a little interest in me!

Anyway, if you DO want to read some old posts, I think reading the earlier 2006 posts would be better. As I grew older towards the 2007 posts, I blogged less and less....and also less interestingly. Excuse the lack of proper formatting and paragraphing. Might find it hard to read with the dark background and bright fonts. xD

Har har...okay now off to do a little blog-hopping now. Seriously out of touch of anything regarding blogging for so long. (Reading Livejournal communities don't count XD)

HELLO, BLOG!

How have you been, my dear?

SPM's over! WOOT!

Anyhow, today is a Day of Randomness.

Three random things happened today.

Rushing out of the house unexpectedly.
Today I was originally going to sleep in, since hey, it's the first day in a long time that I......DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO!!!!!
So, anyway, I went to sleep late last night (with my cousin sleeping on the floor cuz my other bed was still stacked with books) and didn't bother to set an alarm for the next day.

The next thing I knew, my mom was rapping on the door at 6:30 a.m.

"Come follow me to church!"

"....wuh.."

"Kids' Camp! You can volunteer with my group of kids."

"...ungh..now?"

So, I was rushed out of the house to church at top speed. We were in such a hurry that I didn't even bring a bag or wallet or ANYTHING. (Handphones are already a part of me, so that isn't counted as something.)

Quite dangerous, if you think about it. I could be robbed suddenly and don't have anything to give to the robbers as an offering to save my life. Or even call for help. (Handphone low on credit and the handphones itself are worthless.)

Going on an unplanned shopping outing.
I was bored today after coming home from church. (The kids were ADORABLE....except for one weird fella. I'll blog about them later) Around five, I picked up the phone and dialled Bego.

"You're going out to One Utama right?"

"Yeap!"

"Hmmm....is it okay if I follow? Cuz I'm really bored at home."

"Eh...okay. But where are you now?"

"At home.. I can be there in 30 minutes."

"I'm going out soon le..."

"Okay, then I can be there in 15 minutes."

"Yay. Okay, see ya!"

And then that was how I ended up going with Bego on a random shopping trip.

This is the best of all...

Random sleepover!
We were hanging around winter clothing shopping till quite late...which was about 9:30 p.m.? Bego and I had this Mood of Randomness thing going on, so she suggested that I come over and stay for the night. I'm like...but I didn't bring clothes! Nor inform my mom!

And she goes : "Lets be random!"

So I called my mom...

"Ma...wo ke yi qu Begonia de jia ma?"

And that's how i'm here right now, in bego's house, typing out my blog post (with lots of typing errors...my typiong skilss suk!)

Now here's a random picture! Everyone, meet ♥ Tegoshi Yuya ♥ ^____^ My sweet love!

Look, he's surprised at today's randomness.

Happy Birthday to me!

i feel mean, you know. i mean, i don't make time for blogging. but when its my birthday, suddenly......I GOT TIME!

seems very self-upholding, or words to that effect.

anyway, i didn't really have a great afternoon. our class team lost in the futsal finals, see. so i was feeling down and crappy about it. meh.

but after a short while, i felt much better, cuz the teachers came out to play a few matches(student vs teachers)! the women were hilarious, seriously! they run run run after the ball, then when it stops, they stop too. so the opponent snatches the ball away. or they just keep running after the ball until it goes out of the court. plus, they keep jumping up to catch the futsal ball in their hands.

lots of shouting of "OI FUTSAL LA CIKGU!" from nicholson.

and oh gosh....en. sharil imitating pn. suzana's attempt to catch the ball was priceless. he did some wriggly movement with his hands in the air, very similiar to the movement of a wet noodle. i nearly fell off the table i was sitting on from laughing.

walked home to Sher's house with Sher, Steph, Cherly. its been ages since we walked back from school together. in fact, since Michelle left. i would probably say Michelle was what made us willing to go to school for after school activities throughout Form 3 (she was the one actively loving TKD). i love Michelle. :'(

michelle...my belle.....oh....

okay, enough of that.

oh, my friends are trying to make me more ladylike, so it seems. so i've gotten a feminine blouse from yyling (which is not pictured here, cuz its in the wash), bracelets and necklace, feminine watch, handbag, and cute items ^^ i don't quite know what to do with some of them. although i love them all.

i guess they are thinking its time i changed, even just a little!

because while they are wearing heels, skirts, guess watches, nice tops, totting handbags and wearing a dash of perfume, a hint of make up...

i'm still in jeans and sneakers, black tshirts that say stuff like "repeat after me!", wearing caps and carrying my sling bag. oh, and my chunky baby-g watch. and my mp3. and my favourite jacket. i wasn't the one who said all the above you know, its sher's description of what i wear. hahah!

started feeling really down about the match again once i got home after my birthday dinner with my family. so, i got out my birthday presents to look at again!

birthday card signed by my classmates

Famous Amos, from my dear sis, whom according to my mom, originally intended to buy me an eraser.

thumbdrive, from my aunt. YAY!!! more thumbdrives!
(price tag doesn't make sense, it says RM 0.8o. haha.)

watch from BONIA, bought for me by my sister's godmother. eckalack, its so pretty and clean, i'm afraid of wearing it.

its like...WHITE.

a drawing of Luffy (OnePiece), from karhoe!

and this is what it says in the speech bubble~<3

the guys of Ochi Clan gave me this bracelet....

...and this necklace. i'm sure you can tell its an enchanted necklace. just watch its glow.

Fila handbag, from my dear girlfriends, Steph, Sher, and Cherly. Michelle too maybe? i don't know xD
(they're trying to wean me off my sling bags and backpacks. so they give me a sporty handbag. heh.)

the envelope in which the card in the first photo came, written out by Princess JiaWei, who is awesome.

a magic box, which is better than yours....

....filled with treasures, and a unicorn.

as cute as the real thing, and more durable
(thx wei jian!)

brought me the most comfort while i was feeling down.

THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR MAKING 3rd AUG 2007 SPECIAL FOR ME~

OMG number 1

GRAVITATION EX!!

The sequel to the Gravitation manga series! AH! I haven't searched for Gravi info for a while, so I've missed out on its release, or even its announcement! Thank you Maki Murakami!

OMG number 2

WEI JIAN BOUGHT GRAVITATION EX!!

Cuz I told him that I didn't manage to buy it while I was at KLCC today. And so, he bought it while he was at Borders Times Square. Damn, what good deed did I do to know such a person =)

And yeah, I was at Kinokuniya today and....there were lots of yaoi titles at the manga section. LOVE.

15 titles!!! That might not sound like a lot to others but, to me, it is! Imagine all those times I had to search each shelf and not find even one yaoi manga.

Maybe, more people are discovering yaoi. XD An improvement, ne!

And I saw more copies of the Gravitation novels. You know, the only shounenai/yaoi titles that they keep constant supply of is :
a) Gravitation
b) Fake
c) Eerie Queerie
d) hmm...Gorgeous Carat? or maybe its just cuz no one had bought it o.o

The other titles from DMP Publishing comes and goes. No restocking. So if I missed it, I missed it. It won't come again! Unless I request for it, and the last time I did, the girl at the counter made me feel like a criminal.

"How old are you?"
"Um...15.."
"Hmmm...these BL books might cause trouble at Customs. I can put an order for you, but if trouble comes, we don't want to be responsible for it." (in other words, she's saying I will)
"...uhhh...."
"And you're very young." (she's telling me I don't want trouble at a young age)
"......thank you! Bye!" *escapes*

But now, there are 15 titles on the bookshelf! HAHAHA. Maybe the ketua of Manga Section is interested in yaoi XD

Also, there was a certain title that I've downloaded online before. Then I saw it on the shelves in Kinokuniya. Surprised! I didn't know it was licensed! I'm glad it is. The art's cute XD

OOoooh, I have something to narrate. While I was browsing along the shelves, there were these two guys like, hanging around there too. They kept on glancing around and muttering to each other and laughing and whenever I turned to look, they looked away. They kept hanging around a particular section of the row. So, I can rasa la, these two up to something. I moved to the next aisle and observed them. The moment I left, one of the guys snatched a copy of a manga and both of them hurried off.

The manga was "Yellow".

"Yellow" is a yaoi manga ^__^

Yay, the love spreads. Heh heh heh heh~

Things that i now know about cycling:

In the guys' case, if you cycle non-stop for a long time, your balls will hurt. It is described as a burning sensation due to constant friction (and not in a good way) between the bicycle seat+pants and said balls.

Although i am not male, ie. no balls DOWN there, a person's butt will hurt like a bitch after cycling non-stop for a long time. Also, numbness.

You can hurt your coccyx. (i am a bio student!)

When you are cycling on a narrow lane, and another cyclist approaches from the opposite direction, you keep to the left side of the lane. This is to avoid uncertain wobbling on both parties.

Its fun when you're with friends ^___^
